We are Jacqueline and Felipe, a brother and sister team and a dynamic duo. We are also proprietors of Timeless Floor Company. We offer Ventura County flooring shoppers and designers our unique expertise.
Felipe & Jacqueline Bermudez
Felipe is a C-15 and B-14 General Contractor. He has over 25 years of residential flooring experience. Jacqueline holds an Interior Decorator and Colorist degree. She has over 20 years of design experience. Together, we provide a unique service of complete floor-to-ceiling home renovations.
Interior Design & Renovations
Combined, we offer a unique blend of home interior design and custom renovations. With our team of master installers, we have met many flooring challenges. We have always satisfied our clients, no matter the challenge or the time it takes to get it done right.
Felipe provides expert service alongside our team of master installers. They install all flooring, including bath and kitchen tiling. Felipe also works with some of the largest general contractors in the county. He assists them with new home construction and commercial remodeling projects.
Jacqueline specializes as a “colorist,” assisting with flooring selection. She matches it to your furniture, wall paint, and draperies. She offers her services to all Timeless customers on a complimentary basis. You’re welcome to visit our showroom. Working with her on your color coordinating and design needs is incredible!

First, let me introduce myself: my name is Felipe Bermudez, and as President and Founder of the company, I am proud to say we have been in business for over 20 years. We started as Formula 1 Flooring and Design, then changed the business name to Timeless Floor Company, serving residential and commercial clients.
As a lifelong resident of Ventura County, I value quality workmanship in our community. “A job done right” is a statement I live by daily, and this is how I service all our clients and customers, no matter the size or cost of the job.
With 25 years of construction and flooring experience, I have seen, dealt with, and resolved many of the issues that may come about with your flooring and interior design projects.
As a Licensed Contractor, my construction experience has led me to develop a unique niche in the flooring and remodeling industry. We at Timeless Floor Company specialize in remodeling and enhancing kitchens and bathrooms, taking them from ordinary to spectacular using our in-house materials. Thank you for considering us as your very own flooring and design company. I am here to provide you with the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. I achieve this by sharing my vast knowledge of interior and flooring design.
As a graduate of the Institute of Design and Merchandise and over 20 years of working in the design industry, I bring immense knowledge and experience to any flooring and design project. After graduating from FIDM, I took the fashion design route and worked in large firms such as Byer California. Wanting to experience interior design, my first passion, I joined Felipe in 2003 as a design consultant. We combined his construction experience with my design background, merging the two and founding Formula 1 Flooring and Design – the only company of its kind. After successfully running Formula 1 Flooring and Design for over ten years, we expanded to accommodate our residential clients and changed the business name to Timeless Floor Company.
We have created some of Ventura County’s most unique interior designs, focusing on flooring styles and hospitality, restaurants, bathrooms, and kitchen renovations—residential and commercial. All of this is available through our beautifully displayed showroom. My ultimate goal is to help define the overall design plan and assist in making well-educated purchase decisions that reflect your personality and lifestyle.
