It was an absolute pleasure working with Timeless Floor Company. Both Felipe and Jackie demonstrate professionalism throughout their work. In 2020, I was in desperate need of new carpet for my room. I knew I needed a carpet durable enough for three pets (2 cats and a dog) but of great quality for myself. Not only were they overly patient with my indecisiveness but they also provided great suggestions and recommendations. I’ll be honest, without their knowledge and assistance, I would have never found the perfect carpet for my home. This carpet is not only stain resistant, but it is high quality as well (may I also include, it is TIMELESS). Jackie has also gone above and beyond to share her expertise in interior design. I promise you, Timeless Floor Company provides quality service to their lovely customers. If I could give more than 5 stars, you bet I would !! Can’t wait to work with them again in the future.

We recently had hardwood floors installed in our home by Timeless Floor Company. The crew came in, moved furniture, removed carpeting on the stairs and two rooms, hauled away the carpeting, cleaned up afterwards and moved all the furniture back in a timely manner. We highly recommend this company, as the work and customer service were both at the highest level.

They also recently completed an installation for my friend’s rental and it too went perfectly. Their staff and installers take care and time to listen and address concerns with kindness.

The service at Timeless Floors was by far the best we experienced.

When we remodeled our house 11 years ago, we decided to leave a cement floor in one room in order to use large gym equipment in the room as well as using the room as a workshop. Big mistake! We thought we had enough flooring to complete the room down the road but we only had half the amount necessary to complete the job. The flooring was no longer manufactured and we were unable to find anything close when we searched flooring companies.

Enter Timeless Floor Company. We worked with Filipe at the store. We brought in a sample of the wood we had originally installed. Luckily we weren’t trying to blend our wood with new wood. Filipe tried an extensive variety of samples to come as close as we could to the color and grain of the floors in our other rooms. There isn’t another floor company that we visited that worked so hard trying to make a match. We ended up purchasing from Timeless Floor Company.

We also had Timeless Floor Company install our new flooring. Joshua was our installer and he is a master at leveling and laying floors, as well as meeting and grouting floors from room to room. He also did a great job filling the outside entry door threshold and he rehung the entry door so that it would no longer stick.

The prices of flooring at Timeless Floor Company were very comparable to the other companies that we visited; however, the service at Timeless Floors was by far the best we experienced.

James, the installer, was the best!  Always on time with a positive attitude!  This is a man who enjoys his job!  He made sure everything was clean when he left each day even though we offered as he had to be super tired!

We used Timeless to replace all the flooring in our house. The process couldn’t have gone better, and the result was great. Felipe was very helpful consulting on options and guiding us to the choice that made most sense. He clearly knows his stuff, and carries many options so he can recommend the right choice for your needs. I walked in thinking I wanted engineered hardwood, and his advice steered me to laminate which has been the right choice. His transparency and communication was great too. He’s easy to reach, always returns calls promptly and always met his deadlines. Finally, the install was the best part. It was an extensive and trick job, and the Timeless crew never cut corners, adjusted to unexpected problems with our house, and were very professional, friendly and hardworking throughout. Jackie & Felipe at Timeless Flooring are Amazing!

I went in with ideas of what I wanted, but needed to stay on budget and needed some expert design advice. They both took the time to show me samples and move them around on the showroom floor so I could see them in different lighting. They spent hours with me matching everything and making great recommendations. They are truly experts! I appreciated that they encouraged me to take my favorites home to test them out before making my decision. They have a great showroom and a huge selection. We used them for all of our tile work in bathrooms, fireplace, kitchen, bedrooms and flooring throughout the house. We were a total loss in the Thomas Fire and they made the entire process so much easier ! They are communicating from start to finish, they are honest, reliable and so kind. The new flooring and tile is looking great and making our new house a home again. I am so happy with my purchases and would definitely recommend Timeless Flooring!

Friendly, Fast, Fantastic!!!

A few years ago my hairdresser opened a new salon and I fell in love with her flooring, when I asked who did her flooring she shared with me that Formula 1 Flooring in Ventura did them. A couple of months later I was put in charge of finding new flooring for the clubhouse of our condo complex. I had to have 4 quotes and present them to our board. The staff at Formula 1 were wonderful, very friendly & helpful, they showed up when they said they would & emailed me a quote within 24 hours. Other places I went to kept me waiting, one never even showed up and it took several days to receive a quote back (in one case over 10 days!). In the end the board went with my recomendation to go with Formula 1 Flooring, which also happen to be the most affordable. The installation went quickly and the Home Owners Association was happy with our beautiful new flooring! Flashfoward about 3 years… We recently bought a new house, which came with beautiful flooring. Not even three months after we moved in we had a sewage back up and had to replace our flooring. It was right around the Christmas holidays and I was pregnant. I wanted the work done fast but figured I would be bringing my new baby home to a mess. I remembered my wonderful experience with Formula 1 a few years ago and had no doubt that was were I would start. My husband and I walked in and to my suprise they remembered me, not just me but the job they had done. We told them our problem and were thrilled when they said they could come out that day to measure. By that evening they called and said they could get the flooring we needed and gave us a price. Within days they were in our home installing the flooring. The guys were friendly and great to deal with. The job took the three days that they quoted us (they did more than install flooring). The price that we paid was incredibly reasonable, I never felt a need to get a second quote from anybody else. In the end I couldn’t believe that we were able to get our house put back together in time to welcome our new baby home. I have already told friends and family members how wonderful our experience was with Formula 1 Flooring and I will continue to refer them!

Multiple jobs well done

I was referred to Formula one after my attention was caught by a flooring job in a fitness center I attend. The group exercise room boasts Marmoleum floors that withstand high traffic and looks striking. In addition, they are made of raw materials that are extremely green. After practically being sold by this job I visited their showroom to shop for commercial flooring for the office I manage. Their staff was extremely friendly and gave me a number of options within and below my budget. Their installers were just as pleasant to work with and worked very hard to complete the job in one day. We love our flooring in the office, and receive complements on it by almost everyone that comes in. When I purchased my home a few months later there was no question of who I was going to use for my flooring. I am a happy customer who is surrounded (daily) by jobs well done by formula1. ****Short Version**** Saw nice floors in my gym. Went to showroom. Had job done at my office and was pleased. Had job done at my home as well. I’d refer anyone to Formula1.

Highly Recommend

I love Formula 1 flooring!!!! They installed my gorgeous wood laminate floors and did an excellent job. I was so pleased that a few months later, I had them tear out my fiberglass master shower insert and install an amazing tiled shower with a frame-less glass door. Felipe and his sister Jackie are just wonderful, honest people and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for quality work for a reasonable price.
